Lunn Avenue Quarry Rehabilitation Project


Location: Mount Wellington, Auckland City
Description: Mount Wellington Quarry redevelopment into 2000 lot + subdivision
Duration: 4 years as principal drainage contractor
Scope of Works Completed: Stormwater drainage to 1800 dia and 8m deep, manholes to 2550 dia. Sanitary Sewer (PVC and Earthenware) to 450mm and up to 8m deep. Several Km’s of each. PE rising mains to 315 dia and varying depths to 4m
Conditions: Ground conditions were classified as hard to very hard basalt rock with high water table requiring blasting.

Pegasus Town Limited

Pegasus Pumping Station

Pegasus town Development.
Location: 20km’s north of Christchurch
Description: 2000+ lot residential subdivision
Duration: 2 years as principal drainage contractor
Scope of Works Completed: Stormwater drainage to 900 dia and 3m deep, manholes to 1800 dia. Sanitary Sewer (PVC) to 450mm and up to 3m deep. Several Km’s of each. PE rising mains to 315 dia and varying depths to 3m. 4 Sanitary Sewer Pump Stations up to 10 metres deep and 2550 diameter including up to 120,000l storage tanks.
Conditions: Ground conditions were saturated and running sands with very high water tables
